# Bubble Tea, Boba & Juice Bar Weekly Checklist

A Bubble Tea, Boba & Juice Bar cooks, blends and seals all day, so the deep jobs need a weekly slot of their own. These 6 checks cover three areas. Check every trap, corner and doorway for pests once a week, and record any sighting, catch or new gap. Check every thermometer and probe against an ice-water or boiling-water reference, and adjust or replace any that read wrong. Then take the ice machine apart and deep-clean the bin, chute, curtain and evaporator plate, sanitize the parts, reassemble, and record the date.

### Full Pest Inspection

**1\. Check every trap, corner, and doorway for pests once a week.** A full weekly check finds problems a quick daily look can miss.

**2\. Write down any pest sighting, trap catch, or new gap in a wall or door.** A written log proves the pest problem is tracked and fixed.

### Thermometer & Probe Calibration

**3\. Check every thermometer and probe against an ice-water or boiling-water reference once a week.** A thermometer that reads wrong can hide an unsafe food or drink temperature.

**4\. Adjust or replace any thermometer or probe that does not read correctly.** A wrong reading can let unsafe food or drinks reach a customer.

### Ice Machine Deep Clean

**5\. Take apart the ice machine and deep-clean the bin, chute, curtain, and evaporator plate.** Ice machines build up mold and slime that daily wiping does not remove.

**6\. Sanitize all parts, put the ice machine back together, and record the date.** A dated record proves the deep clean happened on schedule.

## Frequently asked questions

**What does the Bubble Tea, Boba & Juice Bar weekly checklist cover?**

Three areas: a pest check of every trap, corner and doorway with sightings recorded; calibration of every thermometer and probe against an ice-water or boiling-water reference; and a full strip-down clean of the ice machine bin, chute, curtain and evaporator plate.

**Why deep-clean the ice machine weekly?**

The bin, chute, curtain and evaporator plate grow slime and mould out of sight, and that ends up in every drink served over ice. A weekly strip-down and sanitize is the only way to reach those surfaces.

**How is the weekly probe check done?**

Each thermometer and probe is checked against an ice-water or boiling-water reference and adjusted or replaced if it reads wrong. Cooked pearls and cold stock are both judged on temperature, so the probes have to be right.
